Our Experience as Volunteers
Instead of considering #volunteering as something one does for other people it is important to think of it as an exchange. It is a sharing of our time in a positive manner and as an exchange of those human traits that bind us together.

A friendly message to our PFP community...
I find it ironic that part of Power for Parkinson's specific mission is working to combat isolation, and now we find ourselves not only thrust into but encouraging just that. How fortunate that we live in a digital age where technology allows us to connect in new ways!
Do You Believe in Magic?
Bob Harold (picture front and center with the dark blue t-shirt) has been a Power for Parkinson's community member for almost two years. He attends exercise classes regularly and is an active member of the Powerful Pipes singing group.
Powerful People: Lauren Lewis
"Powerful People" is a new feature where we want to highlight some of the amazing people that make Power for Parkinson's community so great!
Donate
Help us engage people with Parkinson's in regular exercise to slow or even reverse the effects of Parkinson's disease, improve their overall sense of well-being, provide opportunities for socialization, and help prevent the isolation that often accompanies the disease. 100% of the proceeds go to support people with Parkinson’s.
