Monday
On Monday we are starting the week off strong with one of Nancy’s Strength & Balance Workouts. Nina recommends either Nancy’s Low Impact Strength & Balance class or her seated Strength & Balance class with weights.
Tuesday
On Tuesday we’re recommending a FUN Bilingual (Spanish & English) Move & Shout class with Lauren and Garden.
Wednesday
On Wednesday we recommend two great classes: Voice and Swallowing Exercises with Maggie and a 30 Minute Jailhouse Rock Dance Exercise with Nancy! These two class formats are currently on hiatus, so we’re thrilled to take some time to enjoy them this week!
Thursday
On Thursday we’re doing one of Nina’s all-time favorite Strength and Balance classes with Debbie, Debbie’s Posture & Balance Class.
Friday
It wouldn’t be Friday without Brain & Body with Polly! This Friday we’re suggesting a classic Parkinson’s Workout for Brain & Body.
Saturday
For your Saturday workout, we are suggesting either Lauren’s Challenging Standing Series class, focusing on Gait, or Lauren’s Fun Cognitive Challenge class.
Sunday
Great job this week! On Sunday, we recommend you recover from a week well done with Nadine’s 20 Minute Relax & Reset Class.
