Our Telethon celebrates the start of our annual Holiday Drive, our largest fundraiser of the year. Funds from the Holiday Drive are essential to support our global and local fitness classes and social events through the new year, so we deeply appreciate any support! In the beginning of 2022, we set out to revive our local in-person classes while engaging the ever-growing and tight-knit global community we had formed online. With 2023 on the horizon we are proud to say we have nurtured more passion, innovation and creativity than ever before and it’s all driven by the energy and enthusiasm we feel from our Power for Parkinson’s community. Since our founding we’ve stayed true to our mission to empower people with Parkinson’s to live their very best lives through our robust, fun, evidence based free fitness program. Our organization has evolved into two clear tracks, with our local programming serving dedicated participants at 8 locations in Central Texas and our global programming reaching over 16,000 participants in over 100 countries. Our team has big goals for the upcoming year that depend on the funds raised during our 2022 Holiday Drive. With so many participants relying on the daily value of our exercise program, it is essential that we reach our goal of $150,000 by the end of the year.
