Ambassador Program
Our ambassadors are an invaluable part of Power for Parkinson's and are spreading the word about our organization on a global scale!
What do ambassadors do?
✅ Tell others about PFP!
Share your story! Sharing your experiences and how PFP has helped you is a wonderful way to tell others about PFP. We will also send you flyers and information that you can share with your friends, family, providers and network.
✅ Provide up-to-date information!
✅ Stay involved in classes & socials!
Need flyers?
Spread the word about PFP’s free exercise classes for people with Parkinson’s by sharing flyers with your community.
Spread the Word by Email
One of our most powerful tools for raising awareness of Power for Parkinson’s is word of mouth. By sending simple emails to your loved ones, friends, and providers, letting them know about PFP's classes, you can help the people who need them most discover them. Here are a few email templates to help you get started!
Hi [NAME],
I appreciate your interest in learning more about Power for Parkinson’s! I’ve been involved with Power for Parkinson’s for [NUMBER OF YEARS/MONTHS YOU'VE BEEN INVOLVED], and I’ve seen firsthand how life-changing their classes can be.
Power for Parkinson’s has a fantastic library of Parkinson’s-specific exercise classes on YouTube that you can check out. You can access their YouTube channel HERE and find their virtual class schedule HERE. Everything is free!
If you’re not sure where to begin, I’d recommend starting with this introductory series.
Power for Parkinson’s also offers virtual support groups. You can find more information about them HERE.
If you have any questions at all, I encourage you to reach out to the Power for Parkinson’s team at info@powerforparkinsons.org or (512) 815-3324. They are always here to support you!!
Take care,

Dear [NAME],
I am writing to let you know about a free resource that I believe could be very helpful for your patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD).
There is a growing body of research affirming that exercise is essential for people with Parkinson’s. Power for Parkinson’s provides thousands of free, symptom-focused workouts on YouTube to help people with PD get their daily dose of exercise.
These workouts offer modifications to include all abilities while targeting Parkinson’s symptoms. With both seated and standing classes, and even designated YOPD workouts, Power for Parkinson’s can be a resource for everyone. You can learn more about Power for Parkinson’s HERE, access their free classes on YouTube HERE, and request flyers about the program HERE.
I hope that you will consider helping me spread the word about Power for Parkinson’s. It’s helped me, and I know it could help your other patients as well.
Thank you for your care and support of our Parkinson’s community!
